The overall topic is climate changes impacts and adaptations among farmers in these two communities. There are tendencies indicating a future with warmer climate and less rainfall, even this is also in dispute. The study, which was conducted in four communities employed qualitative methods to uncover the many complexities of involuntary return and its implications for development in southern countries; an under-researched area in the migration-return nexus.
